#44 for Judge - now just 30 away from breaking the record. Not sure why you would leave one over the plate, but he KILLED it. I don't think he'll get to 1.25 OPS, but as I have said, there are going to be more 5+ ERA pitchers throwing to him, and he's gonna see a lot more easier pitches to hit. He could have hit three tonight.

Why is Seattle going to Festa in a 5-run game? Is Dusty Baker managing? Let Borucki give up 8-runs while throwing 45 pitches and let Aaron Judge hit another.

ETA: Nevermind - Borucki got hurt after getting destroyed. Both teams just need to wrap this up and go home. Nothing sucks more than a bunch of injuries in a game in August.

Yes, I know that, but I am trying to justify the fact that San Diego made that huge trade. I said St. Louis would've been bad if the trade had happened. It is all about limited key players from getting traded that might hurt the Cardinals. Only key issues the Cardinals needed were several starting pitchers. Cardinals got it done and that was good enough to take the lead in the NL Central as of today.

That is why Cardinals made trade for two starters. The deal so far is both Pitchers were very good and won both of their start.
Seattle did make some trades. Will it be enough to help the team to make the playoff?

I would love to see it; Seattle is right now tied with Cleveland for the third WC spot (they will not pass the Astros) so it will be interesting. There is a logjam for the third spot with four or five teams within one loss of each other. Yankees and Astros are battling for first, while the Dodgers have made a push and is up 6 games on the second best teams (Mets and Yanks). Milwaukee would have been a three seed a week ago, and now, they would be completely out as of right now.

If we didn't get out to the horrid 3-22 start, we could be competing for a WC spot; as it is, we are 15 games out. Losing to the Mets hurts; hopefully, we can take 2 out 3.

Hey look, another web gem for Judge and a hit. Now 31 for his last 72. Night is still young. Judge is becoming a true 5-tool player.

-Judge is a walking cheat code. Pitch him high, pitch him low. Castillo lucky that it wasn't # 45. Oh well, night's still young.

This Mariners Yankees game has been phenomenal. Cole and Castillo going head to head..both with 7 shutout innings thus far. Castillo back out for the 8th, Cole is probably done with 109 pitches

Not on Instagram, sorry. Judge was caught stealing for just the first time this season. His baserunning has become much better this year. Not yet elite, but good enough to be regarded as a 5-tool player now.
