The Los Angeles Dodgers are expected to call up two of their top prospects from Triple-A Oklahoma City to help fill the injury-related void in the pitching rotation.

Manager Dave Roberts said Sunday that right-hander Gavin Stone will make his second career start Monday night in Atlanta against the Braves. Multiple outlets said right-hander Bobby Miller will be called on to start on Tuesday in his major league debut, though Roberts did not confirm that.

Stone is the Dodgers' No. 4 prospect. Miller is the top pitching prospect and No. 2 overall prospect.

The Athletic dove into what happened to Bumgarner in Arizona. They say it started with a complete end of his relationship with Dan Haren. Haren is the teams strategist for pitching and helps develop all game plans. After that stretch of a resurgence that included the infamous 7 inning no hitter in Atlanta, Bumgarner passively attacked Haren to the media. Apparently the two never spoke again and Bumgarner spiraled from there. Here's a bit from the article

Bumgarner, several sources said, had trouble accepting that he wasn’t the pitcher he used to be and was resistant to trying new things. The break with Haren was emblematic of the larger issue. Bumgarner, who did not return a request for comment made through his representative, wanted to do things his way, the same way he’d always done them.

It's essentially he doesn't think he needs to change and won't listen to anyone else.

The Blue Jays unloaded a weeks worth of frustration out on the Rays tonight. 20 runs on 27 hits, 7 runs scored against a position player

Judge hits another one - terrible 0-2 pitch. He just owns Baltimore. I can never understand why pitchers think throwing a pitch right down the center of the plate is a good idea. The xBA was probably .800 on that pitch. The league leader Alonso also hits one, so he remains 4 behind the leader.

Alonso is just as hot as he is, but that's all Alonso does. I think Alonso has hit four or five in the last week. Judge has hit eight in the last nine games. But, he has tied the AL leader in HR's. He probably hits at least 60 this year. People keep pitching to him, and most cannot execute pitches, which means more 450-bombs. He's just too good.

Would you prefer Judge slap 60 bombs/no playoffs or Yankees bowing out in the divisional round (furthest they logically can go)?

I'm not a Yankees fan, so I would love to see Judge slap 60+ . The AL is wide open this year; I know Tampa is the best in MLB right now, but the Yankees are 3-4 against them, and three of those games were without Judge. Yankees can get the WS this year, but they still have Aaron Boone.

Also, why is my Judge thread not being bumped when I update it?

It never occurred to you that scrub pitchers make mistakes over the middle of the plate?

Is Felix Bautista a scrub, or does he just choke? 11/15 on Saves is mediocre. Pitch was a bad call (why a splitter?), and a poorly executed pitch. Pitch looked like one you would throw during the homerun derby. Not a good idea against Judge.
