Who was the well known catcher from a while back who had issues throwing the ball back to the pitcher?

Mackey Sasser. Catcher who mostly played with the Mets who'd have to double pump to throw the ball back to the pitcher. He played JUCO over at Wallace State. I remember him actually being a pretty good hitter. Rube from Major Leauge II is loosely based on Sasser.
