My cousin lives in Minny and said it is the most incredible modern structure he has ever seen.

It's such a beautiful structure.

Will be quite the area once they get everything built-out around the immediate area of the Stadium in Downtown East.

Wells Fargo recently moved to Downtown East, too.

real grass
Lol no. These soccer divas will only play on grass. The grass was laid over the turf that was just installed. Same turf as the Dome uses.

When Benson dies, the NFL will force new ownership to commit to a new stadium before they are allowed to buy. Anddd chances are, they wont be rich enough to pay for the thing themselves...if they even decide to keep the team in New Orleans. Case Study: Buffalo Bills recent acquisition.

It's new, real grass, incredible scenery. Guarantee you it has a better speaker system good lord. Better scoreboard... the list goes on and on

the thing about the Dome is it's compact... it looks like 70k people can fit in a much smaller space than in Minnesota's stadium that holds 73k... there's not a jumbotron where seats should be, etc.

that compactness makes a good crowd seem better than they actually are
