Czabe has to get back on nationally. The only decent thing I've ever heard on ESPN radio is Marty & McGee

I've been listening to him as well. Much better show. Fox Sports Radio is pretty good from my point of view.

Mike Greenberg is the worst mother fricker on that ridiculous station, yet he makes $6.5 million a year? Jesus what a joke. I hate Greenberg. He knows absolutely nothing about sports.

McFarland has been a guest more lately on the show. I wish he would replace Golic. I would be become brain dead if I listened to that show more than 5 minutes a day.

He announced he's retiring? That is news to me. Thankfully he is.

I can tell Greenberg is good at the nuts and bolts of making a program run: transitions, announcements, introductions, and introducing a topic. In that sense I understand why other members of the media respect him as a sort of highly skilled technician.

But my problems with him are: 1) he is really not all that interesting with any of his opinions on sports and 2) he has an enormous lack of understanding for the negative ways in which media alter our public spheres.

My second comment is probably unclear at face value so I'll try to elaborate. He is one of the guys who thinks any question that might be asked is fair game, no matter the fairness of the question, or how it affects the life of the person being framed in the light of the question.

Essentially, he's never been able to criticize another media member for asking a "when did you stop beating your wife?" kind of question and rarely stops himself from asking that type of question. Even on the occasions in which he explains, after asking the question, that there is more than one side to the story, that does not balance out the harm.

Not really.

They are having troubles b/c people are leaving cable and b/c they way overpaid for the NBA, NFL, and MLB deals due to the foolish idea that cable subscriptions would continue to go up.

Their on air talent salaries and politics have NOTHING to do with their troubles.

Greenberg is such an insufferable queef. I'm hard to pressed to name even one redeeming quality, I don't know what he even brings to the table. At least Golic has the NFL experience to refer to.

I'm not upset baw. I'm quite amused at the brain washed cry babies in here that can't separate their politics from things that have nothing to do with them.

No sure if mentioned, but Clay Travis' show. "Unkicked the Coverage" is on at the same time slot on fox sports radio. He's pretty entertaining. Definely a bro show.

Edit: autocorrect. Outkick the Coverage
