This is a bad model.

These kids haven’t played a snap or done a workout or a two a day ina college environment. The turnover will high.

You think he doesn't know UM has tons of money and a huge advantage over everyone else? Michigan's in, regardless of who spends what. They can keep up with anybody. He might be trying to shed more lighit on the insanity.
