Yet Harbaugh was suspended by the least for multiple games and the NCAA is about to release a report about their rule breaking.

i'm so hurt. some random douchebag fans are calling me names. this CLEARLY is overshadowing the natty and the 3 straight conference titles that my team won. i'm obviously gonna have to ignore all the recent success and start to care about some internet fans who don't affect me at all, and hope that my team loses so i can re-gain their approval somehow...

The only time I directed things to you was at the end, so acting like it was throughout is absurd, par for the course for you thus far. You have been acting like a hooked worm for the past 28 hours, squirming and saying things don't matter until you decide they do.
It's circular logic to point out that there is an NOA going to Michigan this week which discusses allegations, what they found, and punishments? That is not circular, that is just logical.
As I said, I hope you are not representing people in court.

Nah I agree with your point. Being in the military certainly doesn't make you better than other people.
I'm talking about the failed general and the piece of furniture

I find it hilarious that there are people saying no rules were broken. Yet Harbaugh was suspended by the least for multiple games and the NCAA is about to release a report about their rule breaking.
Literally the quintessential example of circular logic right there

It's circular logic to say the NCAA is sending a report out indicating WHAT rules Michigan broke (literally the genesis of this thread), and the B1G suspended Harbaugh for related behavior?
Cool

Definition of circular logic: logical fallacy in which the premise of an argument assumes the conclusion to be true.

So the ncaa isn’t sending an NOA to Michigan? Because that’s my conclusion
Holy crap you are trying so hard and being so wrong at the same time

Maybe you need to take another break like you did in 2015

maybe you need to stop taking those sham, non-existent classes at UNC that were concocted especially for athletes and stop pretending like you know WTF you're talking about

Insider on OSU website says this is imminent now. I'll add some of the main quotes (he has known a lot before but this is a rumor as of now of course)
LINK
quote:
Discussions revolve(d) around a minimum acceptable framework from the NCAA's perspective, which includes partial vacations of the 2021, 2022, and 2023 seasons, a 2 year postseason ban, loss of recognition of the 2021-23 B1G titles and football championship", fines, scholarship reductions, probation, and significant penalties levied against current and former coaches and staffers.
quote:
The formal NOA is believed to include a detailed account of the scheme's operation and logistics, information from TCUN interns and other individuals who were paid to film games, evidence of multiple football staffers accessing the information, evidence of the scheme being funded by individuals connected to the athletic department, evidence of collusion with at least one CMU coach to get Stalions on their sideline, evidence that current and former staffers were aware of the scheme, and a point-by-point explanation of the advantage the scheme provided to the team.

The NCAA can't take the title away - it's not theirs to revoke.

It says that the playoff committee would have to obviously agree of course

I guess I'll believe it when the banner they have (likely) already created gets shelved with the Fab Five stuff.

I just have no idea if there's any sort of way where fans don't acknowledge Michigan as National Champs.
Do these allegations (if they are in fact taken as fact when this moves forward) change people's thoughts?

It depends on what evidence is contained in the NOA.

No they were still a really good team and beat everyone on the field. Just like Louisville basketball, Reggie Bush, etc.
