Privately would be if the material was somehow protected. It's not. Same as a recording. If it's legal, it can be distributed publicly.
It doesn't matter how it became public, it's the content.

I dont watch the NBA and wouldn't cross a sidewalk to meet a player, and now I remember why.
It's insane adults let their kids watch those and consider them role.models

You want to know why he’s not being disciplined for this? The public doesn’t want it. It’s a shitty way to live by, but it’s the truth. If the public cared, or there was outrage, he’d be in trouble. There just isn’t.

Clown man? Really? He was tired of this man talking shite and he busted his balls. It’s got to give people issues when they have everyone criticizing their every move or word. If an athlete says anything controversial they literally get bombarded by thousands of tweets telling them to shut up and play ball. I can’t stand the SJW shite, but when an athlete acts more like a human that I can identify with, I wish people wouldn’t shite on them so fast.
