As an old softball pitcher you need to learn 2 things....throw an underhand knuckle ball and back peddle your arse off as soon as the ball leaves your hand.

I can never get the knuckle ball right. It always ends up spinning. Very frustrating, I got the back pedaling down tho

ESPN has been showing this for at least a decade. It's one-two games around the 4th of July in OKC. USA vs Canada will be shown Saturday. Nothing new.

My last league game is coming up tonight and playing in my last tourney on July 14. Been playing since I was 18. Time to give it up. I got old.
Doing what you guys are doing. Going to concentrate on golf until my kids are old enough to play ball.
