He wasn’t gonna land that on max holloway anyway
Most likely he tweaked it during warmups and went for the Hail Mary

I know he is a legend, but every fight of him I have watched, he gets his arse kicked, especially against Tito.

Little Boy Blue
Cause he needed the money.

he needed the camera shots in the back doing "the kick" (it wasnt the kick it was a stationary much safer version than a running one) for the cameras so everybody would believe he wasnt hurt before. there is a shite load of stuff at stake if he were found out. he wants that ufc contract over with more than anything. netflix tons of money no injury

Some times it's better to not take a beat down and take that cash. I remember when Michael Spinks took a dive vs Tyson.
Michael said to himself, this fricking guy is going to kill me, so take a dive, dont take that arse whipping.
I don't blame some one, and if MCgregor was injured, even better to take the dive.

So doing a combination of coke and steroids every day for 5 years was bad for your body? Who knew!?

When I look at that, I see him almost roll his left ankle that cause him to lose balance when taking his shoes off.

Yeah, those higher upas and Dana are gonna come out with some bullshite lie to protect the UFC. Get ready, probably today. They'll storm the media with the bs, and try to sweep this away.
Mcgregor will deny being hurt and those warmup clips will be everywhere.
Many gullible idiots will fall in line and believe them.
Problem is, there is that moment where all this is done in front of the ref and supposed medical guys, who didn't catch what that video did.
At this age, Mcgregor was 1000% done, if he claims injury without getting in the ring. Career over, payday gone. No chance to ever again be a main event.
I'd imagine he knew it was hurt, and further injured somehow during that 1st kick. MCL seemed not to be working either. But he clutched, it seemed, toward the back of the leg/knee...and the acl kinda hooks in the rear .
They will claim hes a warrior for even trying to fight. I saw one clip where he said "I'll be back"

He was throwing some pretty mean kicks backstage prior.

I think he just wants out of his contract to do hoodrat things with the Paul Brothers for obscene money.

This tells me all I need to know about you ever being a professional fighter.
Professional fighters don’t fly in to uncontrollable rage/killer mode. That’s for people in the streets. That uncontrolled character leads to them getting killed.
He knew something was wrong and knew that it wasn’t a safe environment and wasn’t good for anyone for the fight to continue.

Why the frick is everything a conspiracy theory these days. Even when you have a videos. Good Lord.
No way he's throwing those kicks in the locker room the way he was if he had torn acl/mcl or whatever already

Yeah those were not half-power kicks

He 1000000000000% felt some sort of discomfort when raking off sandals. Wanna take a guess what ligament handles the stabilization during that action? Hmmmmmmm
Thats the exact move used to see if an acl is good while a player is on the turf being analyzed. Reaching behind and pulling the shin forward.if acl is good, it won't move much at the joint.
Mcgregor mimics that motion by the foot hanging up in the sandal (watch closely) and pulling backward up top....that basically made the shin move forward, and his body let him know something felt wrong...so what did he subconsciously do? Protected the joint briefly by holding it in a weightless position.
I think he felt something, but truly felt he was good to go. What warrior would actually turn around at that point? Not him

The leprechaun is toast , his skills have left him and he’s simply a shell of the old Conor ….he sucks
