Usually, leaked Wonderlic scores are embarrassingly low. Not so, however, for Alabama quarterback Greg McElroy

First NFL QB whose Wonderlic score is higher than the distance he can throw the ball.

The two kinds of Wonderlics that come out are the embarrassingly low (Vince Young's 6, Jeff Geroge's 10, etc) or the shockingly high like McElroy's 48, Ben Watson's 48, Fitzpatrick's 48 in 9 minutes, etc.

Although I think Tebow's leaked last year and it was pretty solid, something like a 25.

ETA: A few years ago, the Cowboys had all three QBs with 40+ scores when they had Romo, Bledsoe, and Drew Henson.

you'd think that PJ would naturally have resentment towards those who can excel on standarized tests

Doesn't his dad work in Goodell's office as an attorney? I saw some interview where McElroy said he planned on going to law school after his playing days and wanted to work for the NFL.

Two fundamental differences that make this statement completely false:

1. McElroy is smart; Favre is not.
2. Favre can throw the ball far; McElroy cannot throw the ball far.

How exactly are they similar outside of skin color and gender?

Nah, it's because he married the former homecoming queen of my high school

How come gifted tight ends named Ben always transfer out of Duke?

Bayou I do think being an analyst is something he'd enjoy doing for awhile, but this kid could really do about anything he wants in life and I think he's got other ideas. He won't be like most guys, when football doesn't work outI'd bet he hardly misses a beat

That test is obviously racist and invalid. Why are the blacks consistently lower. Unfair questioning.

And put an asterisk next to Oscar Davenport of UNC in 1999. Yes, it says he made a 6, but he lost those points because it is not explained well enough that you should fill in the bubbles in the same order as the letters in your name. Trick question if you ask me.
