I've read that the 6ers have a lot to do with him changing his shot.

That has never been suggested

Forgot about Noel. Good catch.

Just odd they haven’t tried to minimize risk. Everything is all upside

To be fair I guess they went with the “safe” pick with Turner at No. 2, but he never developed into an all-star

Son, have you seen Embiid shoot?
He has legit range for a big man.

I remember getting into an argument questioning that I would take Porzingis and Embiid ahead of Ball and Fultz

i would have absolutely taken fultz ahead of porzingis and ball given the information that we had on their games going into their drafts. obviously, a redraft would be different

Red flag #1, he led his team to 9 wins in college. And I'm pretty sure they were the 9 worst teams on the schedule.

What is crazy is that the 76ers have drafted three players in the top 3 (Embid, Simmons, and Fultz) and I have a better chance of making an uncontested 12 ft jump shot than any of the three.

I take it you haven't watched much of the 6ers?

The saddest part in all of this, the guy they should have drafted is doing phenomenally well at a position you need.

By all accounts Simmons was supposed to be point guard/forward. What better way to counter all of these new length lineups than to draft a 3&d sf like Tatum?

Here’s the current jumpshot

I have no idea what his shot was like before the change, but the motion in the new one looks fine to me. The tough part will be the wrist flick direction and timing. Making it consistent on every shot despite how much effort the shot requires to reach the basket. He needs to learn how to shoot with strength from anywhere on the floor within that motion.

Good thing is, it's a natural stroke. So he should be ok in a few months.

I overhauled my shot in the 9th grade, took me several months to get the bad form out, but I was a much better shooter afterwards.

Repetition
Repetition
Repetition

He will be fine. If he is motivated enough to make it so.

The celtics are winning all over the place. They won by taking Tatum instead of Fultz, getting Kyrie for IT and the other 2 guys. And they are winning on the floor. Too bad they lost with Gordon.

76ers spreading their cheeks and taking it. Captain Hindsight reporting for duty. They should have gone Tatum, they need another wing who can shoot the three and play defense

I remember.
