Part of his defense, will be that his drink was spiked by someone else in the bar. To be the least bit concerned that a man is doing his job in a work truck and where he is parked and then doing wind sprints in the alley before attacking the guy is one of the strangest things ever. It's like when it takes 5 cops to take down a guy on PCP.

You're not going to fight anyone after doing ketamine, even if you're doing coke with it. No way in hell. You might fight the floor, or even fight trying to get off the floor, but you're not fighting anyone after doing it.
