I'm down voting you?
1. Good one, you're funny.
2. Who gives a frick?
3. Trying to change the subject yet again. This is very telling, just admit you were wrong on what you thought it meant. It's ok, you have like 5 posters who are all posting and saying the same thing, you can't exactly hide from it. Just own it no biggie.
Again, I have the NFL on my side. Don't no what else to tell you.

You didn't know what total defense meant. And this backtrack is embarrassing mate.

quote:YOu don't, but it's not surprising you think you do because you also don't even know what total defense is, so there's that.

Ok, Korin. Answer this.
Defense A:
Allows 301.5 yards per game (5.1 yards per play)
Allows 20.5 points per game
Offenses convert 38% on 3rd down
Sacked opposing QB 31 times
Forced 17 turnovers (11 INTs, 6 fumbles)
Defense B:
Allows 326.4 yards per game (5.2 yards per play)
Allows 15.6 points per game
Offenses convert 37% on 3rd down
Sacked opposing QBs 34 times
Forced 23 Turnovers (13 INTs, 10 Fumbles)
Defense C:
Allows 316.1 yards per game (4.7 yards per play)
Allows 18.6 points per game
Offenses convert 36% on 3rd down
Sacked opposing QB 42 times
Forced 27 turnovers (14 INTs, 13 Fumbles)
Which one is the best defense?

Must suck to have to choose between boxing yourself in or choosing something absurd...but I know you won't actually answer the question, so there's that.

Whichever one has the best "total" defense of course. Why didn't you provide that key stat?

It's a combination of all of them. Saying that total defense is "useless" is just plain ignorant.

They don't have that at all. Troll on though.

I'm starting to think you're not trolling at all. You really are this stupid. I like how you conveniently cropped out the section of the website that he was talking about.

So again, answer the question. Does the NFL think punting and field goals are more important than scoring? Yes or no?

Or did he find it but think no one else would call him on it when I proved him wrong?

What will blow his mind... Tell him to click on game stats. The first column listed will be points/game. Ouch Korin Ouch.

Doubtful he comes back after these couple of posts, other than to just say I'm trolling but zero chance he actually concedes that he was wrong, which is the only thing left to do.

You used a different page from what I was linking.

He won't concede anything. This is the same guy that tried to make his argument about which defensive stat to use for a comparison of 4 all time great QB's by saying this:
quote:. Like that is relevant to the discussion.
What if your team has a shitty offense that always turns the ball over or leaves the defense in short field situations?

Not the same page at all. Boom, indeed.

Tell us more how total defense is "useless" even though it's on the NFL page.
