Louisiana sports still killing it!

Tulane with a solid win to stay ranked. LSU with the huge win over Bama to keep SEC and National Champ hopes alive. Astros with the big win. (official MLB team of Louisiana). Now we just need the Saints to pull out a win tonight to round out a great weekend.
ETA- Pels still have a winning record as of now with the injuries so there’s that too!

Don’t even care. Tulane is a borderline top 15 team and LSU just ended the Bama dynasty. This was one of the best weeks ever for Louisiana sports

1st, people that REALLY give a shite about baseball in LA are very much the minority... even huge sports fans, many just simply don't watch that shite...
2nd, the Braves, in a lot of places, actually trump the Astros, from what i've been told...
personally, i don't give a shite, as baseball is a god awfully boring sport and i wouldn't watch it even if you paid me to, but to just automatically assume they are the de facto MLB team of choice for LA, well, that's just dumb

Most of my family is spread throughout LA and nearly all of them, and most we know, root for the Astros.
As I said above, houston has probably the largest alumni base outside of Louisiana as well
