The most overrated player must feel like an idiot now. Best move the nats ever made was letting his weak arse go. Feel bad for philly fans

What? He said multiple times he supported his fellow players...
What a fricking stupid thread.

I don't think he regrets leaving the Nationals by any means since it was a good move at the time. Just sucks for him that the second he leaves, the Nats put it all together and win it all

I’m never going to laugh at a guy who’s got $330 million coming his way.

You know not every player cares about winning the World Series right? Truth hurts

How so? He turned down the exact same money to go to another team in the same league because he thought they would have a better chance to win the WS and the team he walked away from wins it the very next year.
Now had it been years down the road, not as amusing, but the fact they did it in less that a year of him walking is funny as shite.

This season came from his blessing.

Yeah it didn't happen with him doesn't mean that wasn't his desire
He said since the playoffs began he wanted the nationals to win

Because we know one later doesn't make a fricking difference. This isn't the NFL or NBA

This thread may not age well.

Didn’t say they did... Just pointing out his choice to walk away from the exact same money only to also walk away from what he was chasing less than a year later.
It is pretty funny. Not saying Phillies won’t eventually win it, but this is poetic.

Eh 100mm of it was deferred until he was 65
He wanted it all sooner
