In case you wondered what watching 80 year olds playing football on dry land would look like.

Wonder if fights break out like Hockey
Too bad they can't skate with the ball. Would make for some great high speed tackles. Score would be a lot higher too.

Put em on skates and they'd have to wear carotid artery pads.

That reminds me of that electric football game we all got for Christmas when we nine years old. Players just slowly stumbling around with no real action. Man we were so excited when we first opened that box but that POS was in the trash by New Years.

Must have been what it was like watching football before desegregation.

I went ice skating for the first time in 25 years the other weekend and ate shite several times, and that was with just gravity and lack of coordination working against me. Can't imagine a grown man at marginal speed adding on top of that.

Nothing new for kids up north.

We played hockey without skates as well.

The Germans could announce a Donkey Basketball game and it would feel in that moment like the most exciting sport on Earth.

Yep. It would be a lot more fun with skates though. There would be some HUGE hits.

Probably more entertaining than the NBA.
