Lightning delay in Tampa

Can somebody tell me what is going on here with this game?
Many thought the Browns with Watson were done and had no pulse.
I expected Mayfield to play well and the Bucs to easily handle the Browns. What happened? Are the Bucs just this overrated? Are the Browns getting their act together?

This new weather protocol is absolutely ridiculous. There is virtually zero risk of someone in the stands being struck by lightning. It's physics.
The risk of someone falling on the stairs, dying from heat exhaustion or being hit by a car in the lot are much more likely to injure or even kill someone.
It's absurd.

It has nothing to do with actual safety. It has everything to do with creating fake stats so the left can continue to pretend climate change is real and shove it down our throats even though the weather is the same since football weather delays started and the thousands of years before that.

Has to be one of (if not the) coincidentally weirdest weather delays in NFL history. Only two minutes left in a game coming down to the wire, and now a 2+ hour delay still ongoing.
