If you're not from San Antonio, why the hell would you be a Spurs fan?
Growing up in Louisiana, where there was no NBA team in the 90s, I would listen to Spurs games on 1200AM WOAI, which comes into Baton Rouge crystal clear at night.

I can't watch basketball. I start irrationally rooting for one team that I shouldn't give a shite about and it ruins my night if they lose. Doesn't make any sense.
