Yep, bringing down 5-6 dancers/cheerleaders since they're not riding the bus. I'll also be on the Chalmette side helping with the cameras for WM.

Ikr. I have heard they weren’t riding and I’ve heard they are. Then I heard if they did ride and 1 person popped positive they’d all have to quarantine. Who knows? I know I’m taking mine and a few others. Yours is welcome if she needs a ride.

I do agree that in playoffs anything can indeed happen, but chances here are slight. On the road against a Marcus Scott defense that has a lot of special talent that is ecceptionally coached at every position, it will be very difficult to be that thorough for 4 quarters.

This is the best Destrehan team since 2007. And it isnt really close. 2008 had a better defense, sure but offensively no comparison whatsoever.

I believe Zachary and Destrehan are equal this season. I have seen them play and they and Destrehan would be a war. I think it is the title game in the semis if both make it, which I expect.

15 year old me: "Can I ride with you!!"

Current, middle-age me: "That sounds beyond awful. Take some earplugs"

Speaking of pre-dome title games, do you think the 2014 2nd round matchup between Acadiana and Ponchatoula was the real 5A championship that year?

Ah yes a rematch of the 2013 state championship game where Vermillion smashed us by 50. Let’s ride.
Always good to see St, Fred’s be competitive, we were always kinda shitty during my time there. If they get their RB rolling could be interesting.

Honestly idk if y’all will have room on our side press box to have cameras. We take up all the space up there between our coaches, our Hudl filmer, our tech crew, and me lol

No, Zachary and Acadiana played to a 9-3 game.

Zachary was very good that season with Scott as a junior.

I an still figuring out how Acadiana held then to 3 points.. and how Zachary held Acadiana to 9.

One of the oddest scores from two offensive teams that year or any year I've ever seen.

Acadiana held them to 73 yds passing and gained 267 yds rushing and still only won 9-3. It was a weird arse game.

How do you think we would've fared against Zachary with a healthy Campbell?

I believe so, but I haven't been to any games so I'm not sure if they've expanded the offense at all. HC Suggs retired after last year but I think they kept the same offense going.

Chalmette chose to not send WM any tickets at all for the game Friday. That’s a first for me. Never seen a school send ZERO tickets before.

I haven't bought a paper ticket for an away game in years.

They scored zero against WM. Zero to 50 is a pretty big jump. I hope you’re right though. I’m all for chaos.

They've already gone from zero against WM to beating Catholic on their "frick the LHSAA" Tour.

This is the most improved team in 5A from week 1/2 to today, with apologies to Acadiana.

The offsides on the punt after a crucial stop to give back momentum to Ponchatoula was the killer in that game. Rams went in for a touchdown after to take the momentum.

We could've been up 28-14 before they got the ball back if not for that. If they still fumbled on their first possession of the second half, I believe we would've scored on the ensuing short field with a healthy Campbell, giving us a 35-14 lead. 2 plays and 2 plays alone ruined our dream season.

Y'all gonna put him up on the roof of the breezeway?

Sushi, it's all sad. Although, EJ was packed last Friday night.
