Pulling for Iota as well. If they and Eunice match up, there won’t be a soul home in Northwest Acadia Parish that weekend!
Iota’s D was ultimate bend but don’t break last Friday. North Webster must have gotten inside the 20 yard line six or seven times. Came away with 2 TDs total.

OK, I read the on-line version of the The Advocate where the JE coach mentioned that about Mumphry, he is a special player.
It would not matter whether the game is played away or at home for WM, this is the best I have seen WM play in several years.
The WM defense is serving out some hard punishing tackles and the DL is causing havoc on the RBs and the QBs.
I am not saying the JE is not capable of defeating WM, it can happen.
Just saying WM is playing on a different level that goes back to the Don Shows days.
As far as JE agreeing to both home games at WM, that goes back to the previous head coach.
Besides, WM puts a nice little payout on the table for visiting teams, IDK what the exact $$ amount is but it is a good chunk of dough that probably funds their football team expenses for the whole season.

Agree. Wm very tough to beat at home. They will however have some very tough matchups in the dome

Edit to add, doesnt matter, i seriously doubt WM can score over 14 points against Zachary and maybe no more than 21 against Desty in the superdome. First sign of trouble there wont be a jumbotron, fans to pump them up, band blazing nonsense all game during offensive possessions, or homefield cooking refs ive seen this season--about as bad as Neville these days.
Desty will score at least 4 td's with such a wealth of receiving talent, runningback talent, and superior coaching on offense.
Zachary will just run the ball all game. They did it last year in the most impressive victory ive ever witnessed in such an environment when they beat WM on the road.

Ascension Catholic - LCA might end up being the best game in the Dome.
LCA is stacked but Ascension Catholic has a awesome defense and one of the better backs in the state.

They were down a starting LB and 2 DL going into the Acadiana game. Not sure if any are playing this week.

Haven’t you heard? Zachary has been playing with 8 men in offense and 7 men on defense all year due to injuries
