As surprising as the football title was, a basketball title in central would be so wild There was such little interest in the basketball program when I went there, outside of rumors that Sid would take over and try to coach both basketball and football like he did at Redemporist

Central got a little out of control in the 2nd half and let Denham back in the game. Good battle but no doubt Central is the more talented team and much bigger.

It was a weak technical. Huge call with 57 seconds left in the game. Complete turning point in the game. I will say the coach had been warned earlier in the second half about being on the court. But, still a lame call.
