Smart was a 4-star, should've been a 5-star, so I would say he was underrated.

Don't know. It just says sometime today.
ETA: Apparently a lot of coaches are mad, because they could've already been released, and it gives them less time to gather film, etc., and make travel plans.

He was only rated somewhere in the 30s as a college prospect last year.
He's playing very well as a freshman for LSU this year. LSU loses Saturday against UGA if not for him.
And you say that Scotlandville hasn't missed a beat without him, but they didn't even win the district championship this year.
