"less likely" and "safe to say" aren't semantics, get outta here with that.

Well I guess if Boom's point stands we could pretty much credit D12 with most of LeBron's success. 4 straight trips to the Finals, 2 NBA championships, and endless other accolades.

So really we could say. LeBron's success is all due to D12. Therefore D12 is a lock to the HOF.

Boom logic

Yeah, but Alonzo had a great basketball career before the NBA too. Didn't he win Athlete of the Year or something like that?

No idea what he won, but was also a great college player etc which for some reason weights into the NBA HOF from what people said earlier (I never knew this). However, Dwight hasn't been marginally better than Mourning, he has been significantly better. I just think it's a dumb argument when all the facts tell you he's for sure in

Like always. Everybody else is using one definition while you are using your own ridiculous definitions.

Go play somewhere bro. Once again you don't hop in a thread with your own opinion you just like to try to crap on someone else's based on semantics and crap like that. Good try, good effort.

I think he should get in.
Just saying he's not one of the greatest centers

There is no one on this planet that can debate me and tell me Alonzo Mourning is a better player than Dwight Howard and Zo is in. I love Mourning, but there is no way he is as good as Howard

Mourning made 1st team NBA in 99 over L.A. Shaq, old Olajuwon, Robinson, old Ewing, who had he not gotten hurt might have gotten his ring as a 8 seed, and Mutombo

He was really good in his prime. I'd still take Dwight, but Zo could hold his own.

lol keep skating around the fact your logic is retarded. 5 straight then? I guess we should also credit Dwight for LeBron's move back to Cleveland??? And success this year?

INB4: But bro, I'm dominating these threads. GTFO newb causal fan. I shite on these kids in these threads.

I'd take Zo over Dwight because of character.

He left because they couldn't get back. why They couldn't back? Well, Dwight Howard for 1.

I will say that 2009 was one of their better shots at getting back to the Finals, but the bigger elephant in the room was the Celtics. Magic that year was a flash in the pan when it came to really contending.

Reminds me a lot of the 2014-2015 Houston Rockets.

Bro if Lebron was making Finals in CLE he's less likely to leave to MIA. That's not really debateable. D12 was the best player on the team that prevented him from making the finals. I don't see a hole in logic.

Well Boom I'm sure LBJ when giving his HOF GOAT speech will make sure to mention and give credit to Dwight for being that catalyst that led to all his success.

I saw 8 pages and got excited to read this. Seriously, frick yall rocket & peltards.

Dwight Howard is a HOF player. It doesn't matter that no good centers were in his era, he has been the best and most consistent

People keep saying yes to Bosh but leaving out Gasol? Do people forget his contributions to the Lakers? He's a shoe-in

Seriously. Of all the players we could be discussing it's 8 pages about Dwight Howard

There's some way more intriguing players to discuss in regards to the HOF

And as we were discussing with Yao, his foreign success helps him get in too.
