I think we can be happy for him, seems like a good guy
Solid pick by the Lakers, definitely outperforming most of the other late 2nd round picks

He's a good kid.
Fair or unfair to him, he was drafted because of his dad. But glad he's able to carve out a role. Happy for him to get some of the nepotism label off of him eventually.

Why are we treating Bronny like he's faced adversity? He's a rich kid with world class training and top 1% athletic genetics.
Speaking about him as if he's a former cancer patient is weird.

Sure he has more money than me, but I have never almost died

I have no problem being happy for a kid who has done nothing but keep his head down and play basketball despite being the talk of the NBA this season.
Not to mention he had a heart attack two years ago and he has a bunch of middle-aged losers who hate him solely because his dad hurt their feelings

You took a pretty big leap here with the post you responded to. Bronny does seem like a nice kid. Any time I’ve heard him interview, he doesn’t come across anything but respectful and nice. It’s not his fault his dad is who he is. If I had a famous dad and he set me up, I’m not going to say “nah I don’t want to be in the NBA.” Just because his dad is annoying doesn’t mean Bronny, personally, deserves people hating him as an extension of his father.
But he did face adversity with respect to his health. He had a heart attack not long ago. That’s pretty damn serious IMO

Yeah, he's overcome so much in life. Everyone is rooting for him for sure. He'll be better than Jordan. No cap.

This board sounds like communist
“Wah wah wah I hate all rich people. Share the wealth!!!”

You got to remember most on this website are massive socialist and communist so once someone gets to a certain net worth they are scum and should be miserable until they redistribute the wealth

Try to stay classy here. I know that’s difficult for you though.

They only seem to get this way whenever it isn't a person they worship.
When it's a person they worship it turns into a flex to hero worship and support anything they say or do.
For instance they're avoiding this discussion because they said the kid could never do anything like this. Obviously because they're too idiotic to realize he was actually very talented and highly rated.... THE KID HAD A HEART ATTACK AND NEARLY DIED.
So of course it will takes some time adapt but he was 1000% worth that 55th pick.
In another two years the same people will change their story and say it was collusion for LeBron to keep the other 31 teams from pick a talented role player who makes incredible money for the franchise due to his lineage.

Against St John Prep and St Agnes CYO. G league means nothing. It's the same thing as you turds keeping score during a pre season NFL game. He's a bum

Can you tell me how picks 50-60 are doing this year. Thanks

Lakers have actually drafted and developed players pretty well lately.
Austin Reeves obviously has been the best decision. Though he was undrafted.
Dalton knecht would be a lottery pick in a redraft, Max Christie was a great second round pick, Bronny is looking better than Christie at the same age and experience level.
