The anatomy of a concussion? Or is it the prelude to a fire sale?

Dude. Don't clog up the thread please do me a favour.

This is a tribute to mr Alexanders run in CC.

Not many CC fans that I know care a whole lot about the Spurs.

they have had their run and are well past their prime.

They are trending down. CC is trending up.

Beat CC at their best if you want some credit.

This really is the time to sell if you're an owner. Team valuations are at an all-time high.

The team will sell for well over $2 billion.

This is odd timing, and I hate it.

He just locked up Harden long term. I'm guess he needs to do some estate and succession planning. Probably has a lot of his net worth tied up in the Rockets. The economy and sports franchise prices are at record highs.

At his age, it makes sense to get out.

Hopefully, Elon Musk buys for the name alone, throws the SpaceX sponsor on the jerseys, and we roll on.

Don't post incorrect shite. For once.

You are not from Texas. That was all this state could talk about leading up to and during the series.

Scoreboard. 39 points. Your house.

We were more shorthanded than y'all. Lost our top 2 playoff scorers DURING THE SERIES. Don't give me these excuses.

Could be more with the TV contract.

@BillSimmons
My guess for Rockets sale - between 2.5b + 2.7b. With an outside chance of it creeping to 3b if 2 rich dudes get into a dick swinging duel.

I do not think it sells as high as the Clippers, just because of location, although the Rockets are in better shape.

Houston won't win anything. I kind of feel bad for them that their best team in years just so happens to be there during the Warriors reign.

Wait, how can you say this after losing to them w/out their best player?

That was also before the team valuations went through the roof.

You have a point there. But something about 2 billion for the Rockets seems high. I just think the valuation and actual price will be bigger than most think.

Simmons is going to get his bubble burst if they sell for 1.5b or something like that. Not saying its going to happen, and it likely wont, but BS has this idea that no NBA franchise is worth less than 1.5b-1.7b.
