Anyone that says that LeBron has not been the best player in every series he has played, is doing so despite the evidence. . .not because of the evidence.

Even when he's outplayed it doesn't get recognized from that side.

Even when he's the best it doesn't get recognized on the other.

Oh, well then congratulations LeBron James on being better than Carmelo Anthony, Danny Granger, and a 34 year old Paul Pierce

He was also the 2012 league MVP.

Which means he was better than every other player in the NBA. . .

he's the best living basketball player since Michael Jordan talent-wise. I don't think anybody denies that (except for a few serious Kobe fans).

It's fun to rag on him because of the bad luck, cocky attitude, hot potato/hide and go seek playing in key moments of the playoffs, and surly behavior after losses (no-showing for interviews, "my life is still better than yours", etc). This is the new national pastime IMO - cheering against LeBron to ever win a title.

And referring back to the OP, For the people talking shite about KD, dude almost scored as many points in the 4th in game 4 as LBJ has in every 4th this series.

Kevin Durant had 1 field goal in the final 9 minutes of game 5 AND also made exactly one shot total in the 4th quarters of games 1 and 2.

And no criticism at all really.

The dude is the furthest thing from clutch. Why can't people just accept it?

Great player, just not when u need him to be. I don't understand the argument, common sense shows you this night in and night out.

What about the time he scored his teams last 25 points to carry that worthless franchise to the NBA finals a few years ago?

Kevin Durant 4th quarter

6 pts, on 0-1 shooting

Doesn't matter because his TEAMMATES made shots.

Yes I'm aware they won. But is he not clutch?

How is this any different, except for Durant's teammates made shots, and Lebron's didn't?

you miss the point

the line with lebron moves constantly, and when you use that line with another player, the other player doesn't seem to get the hate

durant had the exact same issues as lebron last night (per the line that was stated, ad hoc), and nobody is criticizing him

Durant doesn't have a history of doing this.
