i'm just going to assume that if the people who did it are black I don't need to explain why they're not racist against black people
if it is a white kid trying to bring attention to BLM or the racial injustice or just hoping the media will seize on it as a commentary about racism in America...I would describe that as deranged, but in that case their motives aren't racial. same thing if they're messican.
just a hunch it is something along those lines. if you think that stuff is racist, I don't care. maybe it still is, but the point being things wouldn't be as they instantly appear.
