I just watched the final play, he wasn't double teamed till he just stood there coming off the screen. You don't come off a screen and just stand there, he wasn't gonna take the shot and thats fine. Frankly i don't like the play call. Maybe he should have taken the shot but the fact that a random game against the jazz getting this much attention is stupid. There is plenty of times to hate on lebron, like when he completely disappeared in teh finals last year, this is not one of those situations.

It's hard to rack up game winners when you win by double digits.

I could be wrong but I think he was making sure Haslem could be in position just in case he needs to kick it out.

Yea i was wondering the same thing, I really hope spoelstra didn't draw up a play for haslem. Didn't like the play call there more than anything.

Fair or not, that is the reality. He will continue to be criticized until he gets a ring or 2.

And I think he will get at least 3 before he retires.

This is 100% true.

If someone wants to say they don't care about the regular season, I'm completely fine with that. But stay consistent.

We've reached a point now where if Lebron fails in a big spot in a regular season game, that's evidence that he's a choker and all of that good stuff.

If he comes through in a big spot in a regular season game, it means nothing, "do it in the finals."

That's not consistent at all, but that's where Lebron finds himself.

Lebron yearns for Wade. He needs him. He can't carry a team as the true leader. Wade is his crutch.

He should run Wayne out of Miami like Kobe did with Shaq.

meh bronbron has his moments. He could be more clutch than what he is. I just don't see the drive in him. I see excuses. I think he just needs to man up and take over games like jordan did. Don't worry about what others think, piss off your teammates, just get it done.

I don't think anyone actually remembers Jordan playing anymore. Jordan passed to teammates, and even did so for the last shot.

Well sure he did, I'm not hating on lebron for passing. Kobe passes. All the greats pass. Im just saying having watched jordan and lebron. Lebron isn't the best he could be and the only thing thats holding him back is his mentality. He doesn't have that jordan and kobe mentality. If he would, he would be complete.

I don't know. I'm not sure I would put Jordan and Kobe's mentality in the same category. Jordan just wanted to win, whether that meant passing or shooting. Kobe has taken that to the extreme. He will take the last shot regardless of whether that means 1v1 or 1v4. I really don't remember Jordan doing that.

I'm not going to fault LeBron for passing to an open teammate. He's play was the only reason they were in the game at that point. He scored 17 in the 4th, including the shot that put them up 1.

But I'm in the minority because my stance on last second shots has always been to just get the best shot possible. Sometimes they go in. Sometimes they don't. Haslem shoots 39% from 16-23ft. That's a better percentage than the great majority of last second shots.
