It's wild to see the trajectories of both UCF and USF. In the 2000s the latter was in the Big East and apparently blocked UCF from joining. Boy how the turned have tables since then.
I'm surprised San Diego St isn't in the Big 12.

I know this isn’t power 4, but I always think about Corpus Christi, Tx. They have a 4 year college in TX A&M-Corpus Christi (Southland Conference), but they don’t even field a football team.

For reference, CC’s population is 316k while Baton Rouge with LSU has 218k. Make it make sense?
