Just my independent opinion, if we're trying to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that a particular person raped a particular accuser it'd probably help the accuser's case if she doesn't show up to her rape test with underwear containing multiple semen samples and pubic hair matching that of a caucasian, just sayin

It's whatever. I'm not going to automatically believe anyone on anything. Super odd comment by Kobe back in the day on the consent though. Not gonna lie, sounded a tad rapey.

So if a married woman cheated on her husband and was raped by Kobe Bryant...I would expect her to have multiple DNA samples.
So if KF cheated on her boyfriend at the music festival in Grand Junction, that would make sense and in no way benefit Kobe.

FWIW I never believed for one minute that he raped that girl and I still don't believe it. It made zero sense for him to do so and he had no history of that or has had anything sense. I think this white girl hooked up with a black dude and people found out and she freaked and accused him of rape as a way out.

Maybe to preponderance of evidence or clear and convincing but not beyond reasonable doubt, the accuser certainly didn’t help herself with the underwear containing all that alternate sperm and pubics TO THE RAPE TEST, changing her story, and her mental history, straight up Kobe Bean would not have been convicted since both accuser and accused were horrible witnesses and the only way to ascertain truth was physical evidence which didn’t prove he raped someone beyond a reasonable doubt so SUCK A DICK.
