Keep lashing out about things you don’t understand because you don’t want to accept facts.

You seem mad.

Sure… lower level claimers at mountaineer, perhaps. EVD is crooked as shite. Those are places you’d probably love.

And clearly you’ve missed all my rants on the drug trainers. Why are servis and Navarro gone?

Maybe I should start going in nfl threads and talking shite like you?

I tend to stay out of threads I don’t understand.

I’m not talking shite

You know 1000 times more about horses than me, but so do tons of other people who don’t hold your opinions

It’s a good thing they have a test for epo now, huh?

Almost like they are trying to clean up the shitty trainers? Because there are bad apples in every sport, but calling a guy like bill Mott a juicer is laughable.

My issue with baffert is all his overages are pain masking. Because he’s running them no matter what do he gets tv time. That’s why his death count is so high. But that sounds like what you want?

I have repeatedly given you concrete reasons why the 3 (yes, 3) derby winners didn’t run after 2019. And none of them were to hurt lsupride87’s feelings.

lsupride87 and those that know more about horses than both of us state the obvious that the coincidence this has happened 3 times in 6 years is horseshite, pun intended

Sad but true - you see it even at local racetracks now. The bigger races draw out the attention hoes treating it like a fashion show.

I guess so, it’s the sport of kings

So the fact that country house never ran again and almost died is because they wanted to make America mad and skip the Preakness?

Rich strike was horribly mismanaged his whole career but injuries to both tendons surely made him sore after the derby(and every subsequent race). Skipping the Preakness was to “duck competition” and not because they thought the state vets would scratch him? Going for the triple crown was a less than once in a lifetime opportunity for his small connections.

I’m tired of talking about the damage into mischief is doing to the breed. You’re clearly too stupid to comprehend that. So we’ll just go ahead and say sovereignty is skipping because it hurts your feelings.

You know baffert scratched Rodriguez because if he hadn’t the state vets would have and then he’d have been on the vet’s list and forced to miss the Preakness, right? Scratching your own horse before the vet does it for you has its positives. But mostly they do it to make you mad.

If his progeny are needing so many injections etc. why aren't the injections outlawed?(Or some other measure put in place to help longevity)

I'm a UK horse racing fan and the talk of horses breaking down is nowhere near the level it is in the US, and I'd still have our horses as the best in Europe, when we send a good one over to the Breeders Cup they usually place or win aswell.

Rich Strike didn't turn on the after burners. It was the suicidal pace the last 1/4 of the race which the horses came to him, not the other way around. He was arguably, the biggest derby flop (besides Giacomo) that ever won. MTB 14 days later ran 2nd to Rachel in the Preakness. Those 2, never raced, or won again after that. Sovereignty will have a leg up because Mott will ship him to Saratoga early, and will have more works on the track. The other 2 finishers will either stay at CD, or go back to California.

Wait up. You checking out of horse racing because the KY Derby winner is not running in the Preakness? Did I get that right?

If not why are you checking out of racing?

It would be better financially for them to race the horse. Winning the Preakness or finishing well in it would increase the horses stud fee dramatically. If it was just a financial decision he would 100% be racing. But more than money is factored in.

In relation to the rest of the field, yes he did turn on the afterburners. I'm not saying it was fast in relation to Secretariat or some of the other GOATS, that has no bearing on Rich Strikes race.

Do you know exactly how to read the charts? Look at the fractions. Besides, jock probably had a machine. It was widely rumored that Borel carried one on MTB. Everyone figured as such. Fraud of a horse
