Might want to replace fulleffort on your list as he’s not in the race.

I’ve not been as locked in as usual, so I have absolutely zero clue.

I know he’s very lightly raced but I will definitely be including emerging market in my bet. He looks fantastic every morning.

I’ve been on golden tempo all winter but I’m not super excited about the cracked heels comment. A lot of them have shite feet but people usually try to hide it so
I’m wondering why they decided to announce. With more pace now drawing in it can only help him.

Hopefully I’ll decide by tomorrow. I USED to like The Puma. I can’t believe swift is going to ruin the derby…

I’m also sad we are dented another chance for a Dallas Stewart bombs underneath again

I like all three of your choices. My only worry about dannon is if he’ll hold himself together during the walkover and in the paddock. I think he’s the better of the two Japanese horses, though dean is a lot cuter.

Has a good chance. I saw in the local Costco, they are selling general admission , no seats for both days all inclusive $699.

The last time I went the seats were great (both oaks and derby), bathroom was close and not crowded, and the lines weren’t too bad in that area to bet.

I don’t think I’ll ever get a better experience so I’m not sure I’ll be back. I hate crowds and it has just gotten so expensive.

I also cashed probably the only future bet I’ll ever hit. Thank you I’ll have another.

Love Kentucky Derby time of year simply because Rich Strike and American Pharoah clips pop up more often on my TikTok feed.

American Pharoah's triple crown run is still to this day one of my all time favorite sporting moments. And I know Rich Strikes race gets hated on by purists because of the pace of the race but I don't care, I get chills every time I watch that replay, especially the arial view.

I still love pharoah. I’d kill to have one of his babies off track. People around here know what a big deal it is when I love him despite baffert (and zayat, for that matter).

I’m interested to see what comes out of his year in Japan.

AP surprisingly has been a solid sire. Too bad the horse was owned by a bunch of degenerate douches

They’ve really fricked locals with the way they’ve built in the infield (which is now about $700 to get in versus $50-$100) and the other luxury things they’ve included at the track that have skyrocketed prices.

Unless someone is inviting me, I’m staying with 502sDay (Tuesday before) or hitting up Dawn at the Downs to watch workouts.

Bet the #9

tons of talent, but light on races, sicknesses have hurt her, but she is super talented.

Horse is super talented, and has over come illness after ilness. Chad Brown said even at 70%, she won the race in NY, and said she was a beast, and was hoping she could stay healthy, she could be one of his best.

That was a cool event as a lead up tot the Derby. I wonder if they will start moving it to Friday night? I’m sure that depends on the ratings, like everything else.

NBC will cut Churchill another big check to broadcast the Derby at night. Its coming, believe me. The handle last night shattered records. Not on track, but in the wagering pools. People played and got loaded from home. The attendance wasn't anything special

I’m ready for today. We have friend’s coming over and a lot of food and booze being catered. Can’t wait to see Baffert in his custom tailored $5,000 silk suit come walking down the track not giving two fricks about anything still getting all the attention despite his horses not likely placing
