I too do not like Olberman's politics.....Therefore I do not pay attention to his political commentary.

I liked him on SC. I would check him out again to see if I still liked him.

Pretty simple really.

That makes no sense.

Real problem is his politics inevitably will make its way into his sports. Very few have been able to keep it seperate; especially a political animal like Olberman. I think his attitude in general is what turns me off and I don't know how he can get along with Patrick.

A perfect example is Costas with the guns. As a sportscaster, his is the most evenhanded guy out there, but the he had tro talk about politics. It would be the same with Olberman, only I think his last few positions were praying for his breakdowns for more ratings.

This. I'd never watch watch him, but I rarely watch SC anyway.

Sure 15 years ago he was a great sports guy, but you can't put that kind of toothpaste back.

Dan Patrick said Olbermann is the smartest person he's ever met.

That is pitiful to admit he has led such a limited life. What has Oberman done that if he had never been born, it would be missed.

While I don't agree with his politics or his attitude on his previous shows, if they used him the correct way I think it could be good

I know several people who won't watch certain movies because the actors are openly liberal. Crazy to me, but whatever. I don't agree with a lot of what Olbermann believes, but he's a solid sports anchor and a lot better than 90% of the hot garbage ESPN trots out there now.

Please go to ESPN and not mlb network. I watch MLBN constantly and would like to continue to do so.

It's deep, and I don't think it's playable.

From way downtown....BANG.

I don't like him, but he did have some catchy phrases.

I don't think Dan Patrick is going to give up his current gig so he can carry Olbermann's weight again.
