Rustons broadcasts are great video quality but hard to listen to
Crescent City is a quality broadcast with announcers that generally do quite a bit of homework. I’ve always enjoyed them.

Only Sunday through Wednesday, under a 10 year agreement approved by the City Council last May. Thursday- Saturday, Inspire Nola runs the stadium.

I remember that year. Chalmette missed the playoffs again so the stadium was available.
And the Holy Cross/Evangel game was a quarterfinal game. And yes, Holy Cross did get soundly beaten by eventual 5A champ Evangel.
This was after Holy Cross won 2 playoff road games at Lafayette and Destrehan.
Did I mention Chalmette didn't make the playoffs that year. But at least you got to see Holy Cross defeated in the quarterfinals. That's something to hold onto. That was like 25 years ago too.

No shite, we were 2-8. We were young and couldn’t play defense worth a crap. A lot of kids saw their first varsity action that eventually beat you 41-6 and went 10-0.
You were the 19th seed and won at Airline 26-14 in round 1. Evangel was round 2. You can look it up. They went on to beat Shaw in the quarterfinals, Rummel in the semis, and West Monroe in the Dome.
