Most of the Attorneys claims were in reference to gathering more DNA and the like.
Not sure what that would prove. The DNA would be present if it was either a consensual act or rape.
Definitely seems like shes just trying to make a mockery of the detective and TPD.

Trying to save face after Meggs said the story was a joke. And trying to grab some last minute publicity.
Anyways, I'm done with the topic. The accused has presented zero evidence showing a rape occurred other than what she claims happened (with zero explanations for the multiple holes in her story) and her attorney has also presented no evidence of a cover-up or botched investigation. Case is closed, won't be re-opened, there won't be an investigation, and there won't be a civil suit. I'll gladly take a ban bet with anyone that thinks otherwise.

It's not exactly easy proving events happened, especially when one party would like to keep that information concealed.

Gov spokeswoman says Meggs and the police department did a thorough investigation and no further action is required. So it seems civil suit or it's finally over

I can't beleive people give a crap about todays occurrence. All it is is more talk from the accuser. It gave no new information or fact except they claim she was raped and everybody was out to get her and cover it up. Same thing her side has claimed from the beginning. Nothing new at all

Yea, Roger Cossack basically said that nothing brought up today will change anything or bring about a review of the case. Unless there is new evidence brought up.....because he believes the result of the case probably would have been the same (months back)
he agreed the cops should have been more aggressive.

Expect a Civil case (maybe) when Jameis gets drafted though.
