Again...are we SURE it was that day?
And if so...I think it was M.K who said that. Which is why I'm not sure it was the same day.
With that said. If she was indeed raped and texted that night, it would have been smart of her to give her friend a hint of what was going on. But maybe she wasnt in her right mind (if she was indeed raped/drugged)

No date rape. But I'm on record as saying no one really knows what happened but the evidence is clearly not in her court

What I'm getting at is..
The lawyer stated it was a "Big black guy" who gave her a shot. Which essentially is saying Chris Casher gave her the shot....When the real report says it was an unknown white male.
If the lawyer is getting that wrong..

Thank God I have never been raped, but I imagine that would be a very uncomfortable conversation to have with your parents, especially if she felt ashamed for putting herself in a bad situation.
Rape victims often have a lot of misplaced shame and anger at themselves.

Kessler could have been talking about any prominent male in her life that the victim would have known, her boyfriend, her father whomever that male was to kessler.

Idk.I'm still trying to figure out why she left with him on a scooter. Thats not exactly something he could force her to do either.
The most difficult thing in these cases....If she was raped...then the friend did a great thing reaching out to her parents. If she wasnt raped, but just said it....
then that lie just snowballed on her when her friend went over her head.
Idk. Its all a muddled situation. Cant help but feel bad for her...but there are so many holes in her story..
