I think he's wondering why a girl who was just raped would get on a scooter and take a ride with the person who just raped her.
Which is another concern
Either she didnt want him to know where she lived, which lends credence to rape
Or, he didnt want people that she knew to see him with her
Because if he had got him some, why not drop just her off at home? For her own safety at 3am?

After the DA, the Attorney General, the lawyer, the detective, etc..
I'm just thinking it was just some BS on her part. In terms of not being dropped off at her home because she didnt want her friends to see how slutty she was (since most knew she had a boyfriend)
I mean seriously, how did that conversation go? "Hey, Mr. Rapist. Can you do me a solid and carry my lifeless, drunk body that you raped onto your scooter and drop me off near my apartment. I'd appreciate it"
C'mon.
I'm too point...where if everyone else doesnt buy her stories (filled with massive holes)
Why should I?

Successfully Investigating Acquaintance Sexual Assault
I would recommend starting with "Unfounded Allegations" under CONTENT MODULES (HTML).
This might give some an explanation of How Bad the TPD's initial handling of the case was...Honestly it's criminal.
Enjoy!

The additional details Carroll brings up from the hospital report doesn't really change the facts within the SAO file. The report mentions "mild" vaginal trauma and of course mentions sexual assault because that's the reason for the examination in the first place.
But none of that has much to do with whether this encounter was in fact a sexual assault, since Winston never denied sexual contact.
The problem is that when they did test the woman's fluids for intoxicants, the screen came back clean of drugs and with a relatively low BAC of .048. Carroll has of course called those results into question, but she never addressed the biggest weakness in the woman's story: the woman's friends who had been with her at the bar have asserted that she was not impaired when she left the bar.
Taken together with the tox screen, those accounts are devastating to the woman's story, which depends on her having been highly impaired from the time she left the bar until she arrived at her dorm.
The case turns on whether the woman was impaired or not. No DNA results, hospital exam results, or anything of the sort has much relevance since the case is over whether the sexual contact was consensual, not whether it actually happened. The latter has never been in dispute. And since the woman's friends, Winston's friends who witnessed the encounter itself, and the tox screen results all contradict the woman's story, this case never really had any legs, simple as that.

Today is a really sad day, Winston will win the Heisman, then play in a national championship game. The accuser and her family and friends, who went through this nightmare will hear the national media proclaim Winston's greatness. The bottom line is that she did not wait, did not hesitate to call the police within hours. She was afraid, embarrassed and scared for herself and her family because now she was going up against the FSU name. The evidence is clear that something happened that night. And if you are a parent of a daughter, this is your worse nightmare - someone taking advantage of your daughter. Today, A happy Winston will stand on stage to receive the Heisman with a Big smile while her and her family lives a nightmare that will haunt them the rest of their lives.

Don't get drunk and bang a random
The presumed guilt during rape cases is out of control. PROOF does not mean "well it COULD have happened" in this country.

Unfortunately young women who make the decision to have consensual sex sometimes have regrets for whatever reason then decides that being a rape victim is a lot more of a sympathetic position than the reverse cowgirl she was doing with 1/3 of the water polo team last week. There are truly rape victims that have been denied justice because of these women, I just seriously doubt she's one of them.

There is no assumption of guilt but the fact is - that something happened that night that forced a girl to call the police and go to the hospital soon after the incident happened. Again, tonight he will be on the national stage with a big smile and she will be at home reliving the incident in her head that changed her life.

Something happened the night the woman screamed rape in the Brian Banks case as well. Something happened in the Travis Johnson case. Something happened in the Duke case.
Just because "something happened" doesnt = rape.

Wut?
Or that means she cried rape. Which is what happened here.

Definitely. As I've said before, if you're going to accuse someone of rape, at least get your story somewhat straight if you want to be taken seriously.

Yeah...but for every 3 False Accusations...there are 100 actual rapes that occur.
I believe this to be one of the more common instances.
The fact that his teammate admitted they have gone "family style" on other coed's shows how he views and treats women...all the while cheating on his girlfriend.

Athletes run trains on college chicks ALL the time. That means this is more likely an instance of rape?

Start with "Unfounded Accusations"...under Content Modules...html.
You will get a better understanding on her story...and that it was pretty consistent. Enjoy
