Just change it to Winner of Power 5 Conf and 3 at large teams and be done with it.

I’ve said it from the beginning...
We have what they call the P5 conferences, but have a 4 team playoff. Explain how that logic works and I’ll agree that an 8 team playoff isn’t necessary

I'm all in on that. Either do that or abolish CCGs, because they're completely meaningless right now.

The issue most don’t realize is it would effectively penalize teams that lose CCG and rewards teams that don’t play in it
