Wow.

I don't care if it was a male bodybuilder, that was an inexcusably disproportionate response to an also inexcusable physical response by the eventual victim.
I am wondering, however, if an unfortunate outcome of an ideal principle (treating women with respect) has led to small minority of females to forget that it's wrong for them to attack anybody people as well (including males) and have disregarded the risks of this, especially when attacking a much larger man--often without knowing his state of functioning.
Glad someone else gets it

And the same 99% manage to avoid slapping young black men in the face in fast food joints.
What does his race have to do with anything?

She instantly carries at least some portion of the blame and, because she committed the EXACT same crime he did, shouldn't profit in civil court.
Not all assaults are created equal, despite what you may think.

You could probably argue he committed assault prior to her hitting him with whatever that nonsense was (I'm assuming it was some sort of chickenshit "fake" punch gesture) but after that each one committed battery against the other. Neither was a legally justified act of self defense.

Dear AUCE05,
I can't keep reading your comments on page 3 and I have to respond. I also don't feel like going through 8 more pages. I have been a cop since 98 in New Orleans.
This is NOT SELF DEFENSE. Not counting the homophobic slur or racist comment. She pushes him (barely, he doesn't move), he then fakes a punch which prompts a girl slap. He then breaks her jaw. My favorite comment was you calling her little female slap "assault" after he fakes a real punch. This is not a misdemeanor and the court system should be ashamed of itself. Of course if he was in Ouachita Parish he would have gotten off for sweating alot. Bob Stoops should be crucified for seeing this and allowing this kid to ever put on an OU helmet again. Actually, considering their history of trash OU is the perfect place for both Stoops and Mixon

Other than the fact that you just said the girl's slap on the face is a crime at all, if that was the case I would have 8-10 girls charged with whatever you're accusing her of. I'm not a little bitch, so every time a girl got butthurt and slapped me, I walked away from the situation. You literally just said she committed the same crime as him. That is honestly incredible.

A 6'1 225 pound dude cocking back and actually making a punch gesture towards a 115 pound girl is ABSOLUTELY a justifiable cause for self defense

I mean it really isn't a chicken shite fakeout when the next one knocks your arse out cold. That is intent, clear as day.

Amen brother and Mixon is on record saying he learned nothing but I didn't say the slap was a crine.

Black males ages 16-25 commit violent crimes, including battery, at a rate of about 8:1 when compared to other males in that age range. Black males hit women at a rate nearly 12:1 that of other males.
If you're gonna get drunk and hit someone in the face, you should pick someone else.

I mistyped. I'm drinking.
He said the girl's slap was the exact same crime as what Mixon committed.

In LA, the aggressor cannot claim self defense.

I want you to explain how the crimes are different.

Even if they would be the same legal charge.

How are there 'crimes' here? There was one single crime and it was Mixon doing it.
He called the gay dude or whatever a faget and then it escalates all of this.
