Joe Brady “Installed the offense” Ensminger called the plays

Make no mistake about it. Those were the direct words of Coach O and I believe him. Will Brady do well in Carolina, probably, it’s only week 2 and he’s adjusting but I expect Ensminger to get the credit he deserves this season when our offense is clicking.

This should be interesting. Some people still don't believe that it was Brady's offense that we ran last year.

You can’t look at 2019 & think that 2018 was anything but a wasted year with joe burrow because of the way Ensminger called plays & chose his personnel

There is no MISTAKE. I’ve seen enough live video evidence of Brady calling in plays last season.
E wasn’t pointing to the play on the sheet. Brady was making calls. I don’t know what the exact split was, but 100% BS if you think E was calling all the plays.

We couldn’t complete a simple screen under Coach E. Was his offense the worst? Not at all. But there were some huge holes too.

Did you watch the camera pointed at the booth the entire game? If so please state your source because all I saw was about 30-35 camera pans in 15 games. So 30-35 plays, in which most showed no one actually calling a play, constitutes enough evidence when there were 1000 or so plays called. Brady brought concepts and advice. The staff and players say E called the majority of the plays. That wins in court over the 30-35 plays you saw "called" over the course of the season. Why, even after he left, hasn't Brady come out and said publicly he called the plays? Professional courtesy? Youd think he'd want to sell himself rather than giving some courtesy to people he knew for a year.
Lineman was brought for the same reasons as Brady, concepts and advice. Same with the 2 analysts that get pub. The beauty of it is that we will get he chance to see how it plays out.

They had a show in Atlanta at the either the SECCG or the Game against OK. SE was ask about the play calling. The said he called all the plays from normal spread sets and Brady called all the plays from the “bunch” or “spread” formations. SE wanted one of those formations he said he just said, “Take it, Joe”.
I think he did it because there were so many plays and everything had just been installed and was new. He didn’t want to make a mistake trying to do it all. He said they would talk something over regardless like on a time out and a big play.
One of the big things about Ensminger is he is very smart dealing with people and has no ego problems. He works well with everybody. That is one of the reasons Mikes kept him for so long even though he had declined being OC for him. He also declined Orgeron. But Orgeron listened to him for the second time Nd just told him to show up, he was the new OC.
Aranda once said said about SE, he is an exceptionally smart coach.This was before he was OC. He said when the coaches had a problem, offense, defense, player personnel and everybody was chewing it over, when Ensminger spoke he always had the answer. H said after a few times he thought this guy is smart.
I expect SE will still call the plays but there will be discussions with Linehan. Linehan has called plays in the NFL for a long time and is considered very good at it. I kind of think 2 good heads are better than one. It should be work smoothly as ong as one is definitely in charge and SE is.

How I know you don't don't know shite about football.
Etling was in his senior year in 17 at LSU. Burrow arrived a month before the season began in 18. Burrow had never played under center then suddenly he had to because he didn't have an off season.
NOT 1 RUNNING BACK on the 18 team had ever rushed for 100 yards in a season prior. Not just a game but a season. EVER !
Chase and Marshall were freshmen in 18. Look at the projected primary wr's in 18. Sullivan, Dee Anderson along with SUPER BUST Jonathan Giles.
The 18 team was behind the 8 ball from the beginning. Props to O for changing the offense to fit the players unlike Les who was the opposite. Great coaches learn from other coaches. Do you think Brady woke up one day and learned everything Payton already knew ?

Imagine they hadn't done anything to earn the job. Chase wasn't Chase in 18. Marshall didn't play much. There's a reason for that.

We are going to miss Brady
It was def Brady's offense but I do believe ensminger called the majority of the plays.
Think Russ Callaway is going to take Brady's spot in the booth and linehan will be on the field
