He won three SB’s if you include what Switzer did. Jerry Jones had to frick up a longtime dynasty in the making.

Dude won 2 SBs... Who the hell thinks he won 4?!?

Johnson is basically the Gale Sayers of coaches, except he actually won.

Very short time as an NFL head coach, only about 10 years I think. He's was also the top personell man so he built the team, unlike many head coaches already in the HoF. He's easily one of the best caoches in NFL history, he just didn't go that long.

Jerry hated Jimmy getting all the credit and wanted more say in personnel decisions, this upset Jimmy, tensions rose throughout the 1993 season and eventually drunk Jerry made the infamous comment to a DMN reporter that “500 coaches could win a SB with the Cowboys”. It made front page news and after that it was a vile relationship. After that season Jimmy said “I’m out”.

Jimmy was getting credit for winning titles since he was the coach and all, and Jerrah wasn't getting enough attention for his wallet and ego.

Jerry Jones’ ego is what happened. Billioneers be like that sometimes. The cowboys haven’t won crap since 1996.
