I just don't understand the entire Jellyroll phenomenon. He sells out arenas & amphitheaters. What am I missing? I am truly baffled.

There are a lot of broken people out there. His music appeals to broken people. Most guys I see/hear playing his music on job sites are perpetually in their feels about life.

Which leads me to my next point. There are a lot of fat people out there. His music appeals to fat people. Most guys I see/hear playing his music on job sites are perpetually in their feels about their weight/body confidence.

Holy shite, I never even put that together.
Also, calling Lil Wyte a gimmicky artist is foolish. That Doubt Me Now album is one of the best albums hypnotized minds/Three 6 put out and they have a damn impressive discography.
The follow up album wasn't bad either (name escaping me right now) but a step down from Doubt Me Now - which anything would have been.
