Ok, now look at Shanahan, McVey, LaFleur, Taylor
This isn’t the same NFL. Young good offensive coordinators get jobs.
Even idiots like Nagy and Gase get jobs.
Owners are terrible at hiring coaches, but they seem to be more willing to frick up on young white guys.
It’s an observation.

Congrats, you just named 4 white coaches that have, up to this point, proven that their owners didn’t frick up.

I agree with this, from the jump, something seemed fricky about all this. The dirty little secret, that many, maybe not many, but people don’t know is that white guys get passed over on all levels of coaching, because certain positions have to go to a black guy

I dont have a stance here.
Your stance is that the OP should get a time out because of "his" opinion.

Bienemy isn’t getting hired because of his assault charges and FTA charges. You can’t have him be the face of your program.

Adam Gase
Matt Nagy
Joe Judge

I’m not gonna keep chasing you. You don’t want to address anything I say you just want to run.

most cowboy fans including myself want Jerry to promote Will McClay to GM, but Jerry won’t. are we all complicit in his “racism”?
and before you have to google, he’s black
and before you have to google, he’s black

I addressed the entire fricking point of your post and all you can come up with is some other teams hired white coaches. maybe ask yourself why that is before dropping the systemic racism argument.
I’m sorry, that just doesn’t fly anymore. you know why 4chan losers use nazi iconography? because you called them nazis

So your saying he’s qualified and isn’t getting the job?
Also I’ve never said fans are racist for what the owners are doing.

Stevie Boy is the GM in reality. McClay is second In line and has a ton of responsibility already. McClay and Stevie run it like Tex and Gil did.
Posted on 2/2/22 at 11:23 pm to SammyTiger
yes I’m saying he’s qualified and isn’t getting the job because someone else owns the team. this isn’t the public sector. if you want to go on a personal crusade to prove “systemic” racism, start with something other than than them

No he’s not getting the job because of his legal issues in the past. Even you can figure out that you can’t have your HC having those kind of marks against him.

I was taking about Leftwich you brought up Bienemy.
I pointed Out how every red flag for Leftwich has been overlooked for white candidates and you told me to call the bensons.
But yeah you did suggest Leftwich doesn’t want any of the jobs.
I’m sure that’s it. He hasn’t wanted any HCing job opening for the last 2 years.
And normal people don’t adopt Nazi symbols when they’re wrongly called a Nazi.

it’s clearly working

Why is Leftwich such a hot name? Because they got a roster that was loaded? He will eventually get his chance. Somewhat surprised Loomis didn’t hire him. Jacksonville would’ve been a disaster for him and the Khans know this.

What's the point? Ok, some of these old owners have racist tendencies. Some of them have PC reverse racist tendencies and make the underqualified black hire for the PR and the feel goods. That's an observation also. What's the solution?
