Ahh yes. A variance in free throws. Choke. James Harden is constantly considered an unclutch player who only scores on free throws. He does just the opposite, and keeps the label. Makes sense.

Ah, I guess it was just random that he had his worst shooting performance from the line in a closely contested close out game. I doubt it has anything to do with pressure

And you’re gonna say he choked because he missed a few free throws? Not even pressure free throws, mind you, as most of them were missed in the first quarter.

He goes for the big plays (steals) at the expense of his overall defense.

Please explain how Durant was awful against Harden last series. Also, how the Rockets have been so good defensively with Harden on the floor? It’s not like they are protecting him like the Warriors protect Curry. He makes all of the switches.
