One guy gave him a single vote for defensive all-NBA second team and you pound your chest over it.

Now if that ain’t some little brother, redheaded step-child shite, I don’t know what is.

it shows that voters are biased, lazy, incompetent, or all of the above.

for example, steph curry got a 1st team vote.

Too bad the “Harden will never win a championship” and “Harden chokes in the playoffs” narratives are still alive and well
Dont forget about the “Chris Paul is owed a billion dollars over the next few years narrative.

Losing to the Warriors and choking are not the same things.

Harden averaged 32 pts, 6.6 assists, and 7 rebounds per game with a 57% TS% in the playoffs.

And averaged 35 pts, 5.5 assists, and 7 rebounds per game with a 59% TS% against the Warriors in the playoffs.

He didn't choke at all. He showed up. They just got beaten by a better team.

A rookie that not many were expecting a lot from? Yeah, pretty impressive seeing as this thread was started because the MVC HardLn got TWO votes

Are you always retarded?

It's a joke about how one dude voted for SGA, and you really like SGA, so you might be an all-NBA voter.

And maybe I am. At the very least, I don't take the internet that seriously.

As is always the case with these types of awards, there were a number of, shall we say, humorous votes as well. James Harden and Kyrie Irving each received votes at the guard position, while Jordan Bell received a vote at forward despite playing 11 minutes a game.

I don’t know what’s the funniest part of this:

1. That James Harden received one more vote than Kylie Irving.

2. That Kyrie Irving received a vote at all.

3. That Rockets fans are bragging about James Harden’s shitty defense.

Harden should routinely rank at the top of any defensive counting stat as much as he’s on the floor

He was shooting 88% from the line in the series, he went 7-12 (58%) in game 6 and his team lost by 5 points
