Was hoping they'd get Cousins and have a two year window to contend. But, we'll see how they do with Bortles and if he can progress further

They extended him? He was awful at the end of the season. And with so many good qbs on the market

I mean, pretty solid deal for the jags. Not like they tied themselves to him for forever

Good deal imo

And I’m pretty sure they didn’t have the money for Cousins

He was a trainwreck in the Bills game, but great against Pittsburgh and at least solid against NE.

He was terrible against Buffalo. Had bad looking numbers against Pittsburgh but was actually pretty good. Had good numbers against NE but they were deathly afraid of putting the game on him when they needed to to win.

He’s to inconsistent to win a super bowl. He literally could not hit a 4 yard check down against Buffalo. Dude has early onset Mark Wohlers disease. Only a matter of time.

He had 5 legit easy passes in New England that were all under thrown or thrown behind the receiver.

That 4th down pass with Gilmore in coverage was legit like 3 yards under thrown and it wasn't even a deep pass

The contract itself isn't bad. But Bortles is easily a bottom ten starter it shouldn't be that hard to replace that and probably for less money.

At least with it being relatively cheap you probably don't feel too bad about going qb first round as well. Jackson would be a good fit there.

Could say that about most QBs. Pretty sure they're planning on riding the defense again and seeing if he can improve.

Another weapon at receiver couldn't hurt.

LF7 needs to bolt from that franchise. He should go to NE Now that Fat Patricia is gone, they may win another Super Bowl there.

They’re fine at WR if ARob comes back healthy
