Sometimes I think NFL coaches over-prepare and get stuck in paralysis by analysis mode. Especially true on offenses where you got guys like Mahomes who is going to break the play and improv or Rodgers who just discards the play call and runs what he wants.
I think they grind themselves into the ground analyzing and preparing because the pain if losing leaves them feeling "what more could I have done". So the culture evolved into this grind. There's a difference between putting in the time to be prepared and going way overboard.

My favorite low-key place is the tiki hut at the marina on 17, on your lefthand side right before your cross doctors lake bridge, heading into the town of OP. The reopening is amazing. Good food, cold beer. Ride golf cart to it & home. I havent tried Corky Bells yet. Really like Tampa/St Pete area better but was stationed at NAS Jax for 4 years & when retired moved back as my house was in Oakleaf.
