I hate the “surviving the ground” thing. If you have possession of the ball and go down it’s a catch and the play is done. You shouldn’t be penalized for losing possession after you’ve rolled over or whatever else.

You can still win using those formations
Hell all the RPO is a Single Wing with a stop instead of a stalk option read by the X or Z
The “HUNH” that everyone wanted is basic triple option football with a Single Wing formation
But the Air Raid is based on same principles as a Flex except it’s easier to run and you just look for the triangle
