It's one link. The idiot didn't close the link tag properly so it's all janky.

Because of recruiting, it is definitely more likely that Alabama cheats.

More likely than the team that has literally been caught cheating?

I think just about everybody cheats in some form or another. So this thread is sort of stupid IMO.

It should say how many people think things are rigged for them. I think the refs favor Bama a LOT more than any other team in the country, but I don't know if I'd go as far as saying that it is truly rigged for them (at least on a national scale). As for the Patriots, I don't think the NFL itself makes things happen for them (or any other team), for a lot of reasons.

Do I think there are certain refs that are biased and should not be reffing certain games, and that some of them have had an effect on games before? Absolutely.

People keep saying this, but Alabama ranks near the bottom every year in opponent's penalties.

There is not a team in the NCAA or NFL that doesn't "cheat" to some minute extent.

As far as what people claim (bribing refs, etc), no I do not believe any team does that.

I will say it would appear certain teams sometimes get the benefit of the doubt, but that is not because they are forced to do it, it is probably subconscious.

What’s worse are the calls that help Bama in games not involving them:
2011: LINK (“missed” FG)
2012: LINK (overturned to a TD after review)
2017: LINK (missed pass interference)

No way these calls are made if Bama isn’t the beneficiary.

Correct.

For SEC Fans it is Bama. For other conferences, that team will vary.

This is where I stand, but again, I do think a lot of drama is manufactured, especially in the NFL. It is too obvious.

Just like I completely expected the officials to help Bama against UGA in order to manufacture drama (Letting UGA go up 16 or 20-0 after an obvious clean blocked punt would not have been exciting now would it?).

Call me what you want. I don't care. I'll still tune in because most of it entertains me. I just don't like being called stupid for pointing out the obvious.

Hell, I was a huge 49er fan growing up. I was VERY aware even as a kid watching football in the 80s that the whiners benefited from lopsided officiating. I never called other team's fans "pussies" when it happened and they pointed it out.

This is actually a good idea and could bring some accountability that we aren’t seeing from the league office.

I also think it would be good, maybe every 10 years, for the league to conduct an internal investigation into each official to make sure everything is on the up and up.

Only a liar, a retarded person, or both think college football isn't corrupt. We've seen overwhelming examples of corruption in college, mostly involving Alabama.

I haven't seen anything to make me think the NFL cheats for the Pats. Being disciplined and not getting penalties is far from reason to assume cheating. I saw a lot of obvious "missed" calls in the college championship. A lot. I did not see those in the AFC championship.

What's so funny? Did they not make a wrong call, keeping UGA from going up 16-0 or 20-0?

They did. I mean if you are a Bama fan I could understand why you would mock anyone pointing this out....

Did it not take about 4-5 calls/non calls (punt block included) to assist Bama's first TD? It did.

Was Bama's game-tying TD clean? Nope. Obvious false start that wasn't called.

I'm sure it was all an accident. Like the blatant missed Facemask, then the UGA QB having his head shoved in the ground after a play.

Any one of these plays I've listed above are called correctly, Bama loses and likely loses a game that isn't close at the end.

That would not have been a fun game, especially after the manner in which Bama was put in the playoff.

They did make a wrong call. They should have called a false start.

So refs in other conferences make calls with Bama in mind?
